Offered is a 1990's Felker Tile Master commercial duty saw, Model TM1HT10. I purchased this to do my own home in North Bend, and my father's retirement home on Hood Canal. I recently did some remodeling on my home, but at 71, I think I'm calling it good for tilework. 10" blade, Leeson American motor, 1HP, 230/115V with thermal reset. This was a commercial workhorse in its day, and is still getting it done. Works great. From what I can see online, replacement parts are still available, but no need for them.
