Anything left in the unit after Sunday, August 9 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. Any dumpsters/garbage receptacles on the property is for use by the storage facility only; not the public. The storage facility closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders.
