Sawstop saws are the only table saws on the market that have the technology to sense when your finger comes in contact with the blade and to stop it milliseconds later, leaving you with a scratch rather than a missing finger. The JSS Pro is their model for those who need a saw that's more compact and/or more portable than a cabinet saw. It can easily be folded up and stowed away for storage or transport and then unfolded when you need to use it. The table surface is 24 5/8" deep, with 8" in front of the blade and 25.5" between the fence and the right of the blade when fully extended. As a hobbyist/weekend woodworker I've used this specific JSS Pro relatively lightly and it's in good working condition. In addition to the normal components sold with the saw when new (fence, insert, wrenches, miter gauge, standard brake cartridge, 10" blade, etc.), it comes with the following: - Sawstop 8" dado brake cartridge - Freud 8" dado stack - Dado insert - Ridge carbide 10" thin-kerf 24 tooth ripping blade - Dust collection hoses and fittings for both the blade guard dust port and the main dust port If you're seeing this ad then it's still available.
