Offered is a 1989 Trek 970 Singletrack 26” men’s rigid frame mountain bike, 21 speed, 16.5" frame size Original owner. This classic saw very light use for 37 years, and was always stored indoors in a heated studio. With the exception of a new seat, handlebar grips, and a tire tube, all original parts are intact, including tires. Exceptional pristine condition, virtually no rust or corrosion on this bike. Some nicks on paint, but few. Operates perfectly. Shimano Deore derailleur and controls, Biopace HP chainring. Included are original owner’s manual. Additions include Specialized Dirt Bag with parts and wrenches, water bottle cage, Mt. Zefal hand pump for Presta valves, Serfas LED lights, Blackburn Rack, new Serfas Rx seat, and Ergon GP2 Grips.
